"Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion."-Muhammad Ali

Slowly the mountain peeks Upward towards
the Never ending- sun-
her warmth covers the earth,
lulling it Quietly with her song.
Under the stoney Edges-
an Everlasting smile paces,
longing to be reborn-
Newfound powers,
almost as those of a goddess or queen.
Suspended in mid-air,
head turned Upwards
finding where you belong.
Cradled in her Calming
warmth-
Escaping your own Self,
Searching for a woman anew,
becoming your true person-
finding true success.

This is a poem about being a teenager and growing up, dealing with all sorts of problems. The capitalized words spell out sun, queen, and success which are words that mean something to me and inspired me to write this.

Wow, that was great. I can definitely see an influence from Emily Dickinson, whether it's meant to have one or not. The punction is so unique and the emotions are so pure. How can you create something so lovely?! lol Looking forward to seeing more of you.
