Favorite Quote:
2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

whispers in the dark
full of truthful lies

ladden in endless sorrow
you left me

mysterious envy
never to know

kicking, nipping, overly weary
scarcly even caring

can anyone remember i never gave
in to you

you or underestimation
of your ways

which are yearning, searching
for the truth

the real understanding that happens
in the dark.

The author's comments:
the poem has a weird pattern the last word in every scond line, is spelled out in the first line of the next stanza, so in a way the even lines have their own story, as do the odds.
