Feel that little pull inside
You when you lie
Or tell a stretched truth,
Just a slight pull for now,
Until you get older and
Your lies grow bigger,
Just a bit of a tug,
that whispers threats of getting worse,
Old now,
The little tugs and pulls
That you felt when lying
Have gown as big as the sky,
They fall on you shoulders
Making you hunch over,
The feeling of weariness
Exhausts you frail body,
Have you learned your lesson?
Maybe this is why,
Elders are so wise
