She lived her life like everyday was the best,
But she never spoke of the pain she carried in her chest,
She felt so trapped inside the bars of a monster,
She never checked the price now look what it cost her,
Never felt the freedom that she always pleaded,
Those tears were worse than the beating,
She never knew wether she was dead or bleeding,
Feeling controlled tied tight with no breathing,
While the man is out chasing girls and eating,
He had took the best of her that late night,
Though she was half dead she didn't give up the fight,
She slowly blacks out loosing sight,
Control is a snake that holds a grip tight,
It took away a beautiful life.
