"A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new"
Albert Einstine

Wide-eyed and lonely I clung to you, my doll
Never did I need you, you only helped me fall
I laughed with you and loved you, but you never could love me
A doll’s a child’s friend, and I’m far grown past three
Friends are friends forever; I know my real ones thanks to you
Funny it won’t surprise me; I know what you can do
They’re your puppets dangling from strings of sudden death
They’re drowning in your stolen blood, with loss of every breath
A doll is heartless hollow, and I believe that you are too
The Devil’s down there clapping for everything you do
You’re scratched, I’m burned and bruised
Friend of yours, I left your sight misused
Yesterday I laughed, today I smiled bright
Tomorrow I’ll succeed; you’ll die a death of night
Forgiveness far beyond the range of you and me
As far as I’m concerned I’m rid of you and free
To apologize in person, one day you can call
But for now goodbye to my old and worn-out doll
