She...
She screams in silence,
Wishing that the echo of her desperate calls would be heard.
She waits expectantly,
For the dawn to break and give light to a new day.
She runs in circles,
Her mind a mess, but nonetheless, unable to obsess.
She thinks in fury,
Trying to suppress the lies she told herself
She asks for answers,
Wishing to know the way she could survive.
She begs for a promise,
Wanting him to stay by her side.
She craves acceptance,
No longer wanting to hide.
Lost, and she has no knowledge of where her soul has gone.
So simply, she begs for a soul,
Knowing she for now can't find her own
The last thing she wants is to spend her time alone.
