Everything
Is a contest.
But my best
Is never enough
People forcing me,
Pushing me,
Shoving me
Into a box
But sometimes
I don't fit.
No one understands
My desire
To win.
Not to brag,
Just to know,
Be assured.
To rest easy knowing
I won
Because sometimes
Excellent doesn't suffice.
