Splish,








splash,
it slithers
across the sand,
waiting to be stepped, squished or splashed in.
Opaque, illuminating blue to dark turquoise,
the water splash hummed like a songbird.
Slish,

Squish,


Sloosh,


the moccasins
MMMUUUSSSHHH
into the maroon-colored mud.
As it soaks deep into my boots,
I can feel the water slide,

The velvety, tranquil texture of tap water glides into my mouth,
soothing my throat on the way down.
different flavors,
tastes,
or zests
distinguish the waters,
making you have different feelings for each one.
Just like a rainbow, water has many different colors.
Whether being quenched by the human
or inhaling a human into the treacherous mouth of an ocean,
you can never stop exploring the possibilities of this unvalued gift.
Watching a

g,
white, water-lily grow,
is a miracle thanks to water.
For it supports every living being.


This universal symbol is mostly respected,
but some people mistreat this lifeline.
Over-using and wasting it is fine,
until there’s nothing is left.

as you gulp down the wonderfulness of water.
So at the end of the day,
when all is said and done
water is always there to help you,
but if you do not help it,
it will be washed away.

This was originally a school project i did a few years ago, but I became very attached to the importance and beauty and water.
