Light to Dusk

A sphere of tumultuous glowing light
Brings voice to the rooster’s crow,
Opens the wings of colorful flowers,
and gleams brightly for fourteen hours long.
When the rooster’s crow is no more
And the wings fold up
The world is cast into darkness
But fear not, the Sun will rise again.
