Whatever happened to those lies that comforted me?
Your Gone!
Whats happened to me while you disappeared?
What did I replace you with?

It's leaching off my veins
drinking my wisdom dry
feasting on my self control
and breaking my reality in two
This disappearing act was fatal,
Now, in between my heart and rib cage
is a black fleshy mass
beating erratically
making me sick
it's a disease
an obsession
it's robbing my senses
Promising me lies
cut it out of me! Come back Sanity!
But, keep it in a little, just enough so I can still feel it.

I treasure this.
It's sickeningly beautiful
Keep me ill
then watch me die.
