Broken Moments
Nostalgia
Extravagant love, will it cease?
Time will tell
Shell of a man, like a bullet's case, empty and worthless after being shot
An overwrought soul, however, gaunt and starving for meaning and purpose
Skin white, body's warmth dissipated
Crimson at a standstill
Eyes lost of luster
A panoply, an array of memories flashing by in luminous beauty, blinding
Infinite time, it yields, briefly
Such a brief moment that it allows forever to end
and Eternity begins
