My Infinite Love

She said sincerely,
“A swallow singing songs of spring
Sweet smells that soften summer’s sting
Smooth stones skipping on sylvan lakes
Soundless whispers to soothe heartaches
Silver stars soaring in outer-space
The salty sea spray that strokes his face
Silent slumber serene and still
Snowflakes sleeping on a windowsill
Celestial secrets sailing above
Could not compare to my infinite love.”

I love the use of alliteration! This is a really good poem, I felt the love in your words, it sounded really personal. Great job!
