I Come from Night and Day

I come from sunrise early in the day
To sunset later in the night
I come from long hot summer days
To frigid winter nights
I come from playing in the sand all day
To sleeping late at night
I come from running in autumn and spring
To swimming while it snows outside
I come from squirrels emerging from the trees
To birds retreating to their nests
I come from rainfall in early spring
To snowfall in late fall
I come from the darkness of the night
To the brightness of the day
From the twinkle of the stars
To the gleam of the sun
From the colors of autumn leaves
To the light summer breeze
From the heat of the sun
To the winter freeze
No I do not come from here or there
I come from everywhere.
