Child
Ask a mother how she feels about her child
Ask her if the sight of him drives her love wild
Ask a father about his princess
Ask him if he adores her to pieces
Now ask them do you like what the cancer is doing
Ask her if her little baby boy is struggling to hold on
Ask him if his baby girl can still live life
Now ask them did they do something wrong
Ask the little boy
Does he play with toys
Ask the little girl
Does she like to wear curls
They are normal kids
Who like to talk and play
So isn’t it fair to say
I can do something for them
Somehow someway
