Fading Soul
Staring into my surface
Drowning in my reflection
Everything around turning ugly
As it begins to move by way to fast
Can this still image ever last?
Is the other side of the mirror
My future? Or my past?
As you let go, Let yourself fall through
You scream out and try to tell yourself
It’s not really you
a dream, or a memory
Which could it be?
There goes the light
Your only existence
Fades into the abysses
Out in a whimper instead of a flash
Never know how much you’d be missed
Never discover what could be
For you fell through too soon to see
