As my head drops below the waves,
a whole new world puts me into a daze.
Gliding down into the abyss,
I feel completely weightless.
The crystal clear water clears my mind
As if i am released from a bind.
As I gaze around at the beauty of the world immersed,
I am so entranced that my mind becomes dispersed.

Swimming in an unknown domain,
There are certain things that words cannot explain.
Deeper and deeper into the sea I go.
Not knowing what I might find below.
Slipping into a darkened underwater tunnel with only a flashlight to guide me,
Fueled by the sense of adventure inside me.
It is a most humbling experience
Relaxing in the atmosphere of complete silence.

Everywhere I look there are fish of every color or kind,
and coral of any species that I may find.
Finding hiding places where intricate sea creatures preside,
Giant sea turtles, sharks, and eel, which only the hand of God may provide.
