My eyes fall shut
I'll only sleep for a little while
Dreams invade my mind
I'll be here for a little while
I take one glance
At the stars above
Before I'm gone
Forever isn't as long as it used to be
So I'll only be gone for a little while

I wrote this a couple years ago during a time in my life where I was contemplating suicide, but I enjoy the poem.
