Like a serpent in the grass
It slithers its way inside you
Never knowing it’s there till it’s too late
Wrapping itself around you
Slowly squeezing life and light from you
Corrupting you as you are filled with its poison
Turning you against everything you once loved
Bringing you to your knees becoming a monster
As your mind is taken over
Filling you with madness and hatred
Destroying your temple and stealing your soul
There is no hope
For you are now his slave
