Looks she gives are deceiving,
Hidden expressions behind makeup.
Chewed nails painted vibrant red,
Parched skin of tan.
She’s perfect,
Everyone identifies her as it.
Dazzling smile, straight teeth,
Everyone desires to be her,
They don’t know.
Know the secrets she withholds,
Know the ache in her heart.
She’s nothing perfect,
She’s the one who wants to be everybody else.
