An Ode to Her Wedding Ring

All jewelry glistens, but not like this.
This ring is commitment to her life,
Her future, family, vows, and to him.
He loves her, she trusts him
It’s the beginning of her new chapter in the book
It is the faith in true love
But it’s shine is the least of matters
As well as the size
This ring gives strength to help believe
It is her backbone
Her wedding ring is more than diamonds and white gold
This is faith, courage, and proof
