Where do the fairies live?
In the closed petals of flowers,
Sheltered from rain and snow.
What do the fairies eat?
Honey from the bees,
While drinking the dew
From the leaves of
When do the fairies play?
At midnight when their
Goddess the Moon is at her peak.
Shining her ethereal light
O’er her winged children.
When do the fairies cry?
On the fateful days
When one of their kind
Pass on.
Each of them
Ending up as a
In the sky.
Why do the fairies dance?
To persuade a chosen few,
To join the never-ending revelry
So beware,
For the fae
Their ways,
Are not meant for us to
