Americans are fat
Cheap and fast is the way we like our food
Hamburgers and hotdogs are what get us in the mood
French fries have become our favorite vegetable
All meals are served on platter proportioned plates and super sized portions
Causing the diverse population to decrease from obesity, not mother's rights abortions

Americans are fat
When its time to buy new clothes, we waddle to the plus-size department
With our waistlines expanding like over blown party balloons,
We’ll need at least an XXL in pants and shirts
Who needs exercise when you can sit on the couch and watch hours of pointless TV?
Picking up that remote will at least burn half a calorie

Americans are fat
Spontaneous snacking satisfies our cravings
High fructose corn syrup is our bosom buddy
Appearing in our stables such as tooth paste and white sandwich bread
When it comes to companies telling consumers what is really in their food, they're as honest as a convicted criminal’s testimony in court
We strive to be thin, popping diet pills that promise fast, long lasting results
If the bottle says Slim, what’s stopping us from liking like Paris Hilton?

Americans are fat
We believe that treating yourself is a guilt free pleasure
What's wrong with Halloween candy in April?
With tempting flavors like milk chocolate, wild cherry, and crème burlee,
It is almost impossible to stay away
“Pop!” there goes that button flying off our jeans again
Americans are fat
