We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

You were born an original. Don’t become a copy.

If we cannot be ourselves, there is no need for a mirror.

I feel a drop
Of water hit my nose
Rain was coming and
It was starting to pour down

I rush home in a frenzy ;
Not trying to get wet
I ease out of my wet
Work clthes and into
My comfortable pajamas

I climb into my bed
As the rain starts beating
Aganist the rooftop
Thoughts of you start to cloud my mind

Oh, how I miss the times
We would cuddle while it rained
I look over to your side of the bed
My heart begans to ache for you
You aren't here to hold me this time

I began to tear up, but
Another thought comes to mind
For I, will be united with
You again

With that thought and some
More encouraging ones
I turn over to have
Sweet dreams about you

This poem is basically about how the rainy weather is making a woman miss her husband, who's a solider, that is overseas.
