South of the Mason-dixon
Necks are burnt, our roads are dirt and our trucks ain't clean
The dogs run lose, we smoke, we chew, we fry everything
Red white blue hang on the farm
Houses defended by the good Lord and a gun
Some say you might need ‘em both if you show up not welcomed son
Thick southern accents are a way of life out here
We may move a little slower than some
Some may not like our boots or camo hat
But that’s not to say were not proud of where we came from
Beat up pick up trucks are common to see
Just like the Chic-Fil-A on the highway
The SEC is our beloved conference
Just like John Deere: our main harvester
Hard working and polite people
Who all love ‘Merica
This is what people love about the south
