Places me back in time

Wrinkles of white cover the December ground

Angelic and pure

The striking shimmer of a diamond
In the fluorescent lights
Reflecting a sparkle of the gem
Silver surrounds me in the glass cases of Tiffany’s
The coins that jingle around in my purse
Silver is beautiful
Shining and eye catching
Silver is superb

Blunt and bold
Lifelessness and intensity
Black brings evil to people
It brings out the bad, dark side
Fear and death
Black brings a chill down my spine
Black is dark
