Why I practice
I am a musician because I understand things that others don't
We breathe and speak the same language
I am a musician because the nuances, the slightest changes of weight and angle, mean the world
The details are everything
I am a musician because I work for hours and then realize
We were looking in all the wrong places
I grasp, I understand, I experience. I strive to learn but come to realize.
I throw passion to the wind and surf on symphonic waves
We are a cult, a million body parts that operate in smooth synchronicity
Because everything goes infinitely deep
And learning is about taking the step down
Zooming in, perfecting each individual pixel
