A salute to fall

January 11, 2012

Shuffling through the crunch of leaves, the rain begins to fall.
And you can see all the creatures big and small.

As you walk the autumn breeze is in the air, and you can see the bright colors as it gently tosses your hair.

One by one you watch the leaves fall onto the ground. And soon you hear the chitters of your friends gathered around.

As we get our jackets and jump into the leave mounds. We can't stop ourselves from laughing and rolling on the ground.

The sweet scents of autumn welcome us inside. From the fun summer that we are deprived.

But at the end of one season comes another one. And we are welcomed into hopes of hours of endless fun.
