Growing Up
We whisper through the sound barrier greeting newly faded and forgotten dreams that we once treasured. But alas, we’re growing up. Those special memories no longer hold us back. Instead we are launching forward and shooting through our adolescent years. We are gazing upon the future, dreaming of what’s to come. High school only lasts so long and we will soon come out of it strong and fearless to the world around us. Our newfound logic will drive us through this cryptic world that we inhabit. We will make mistakes in these years but we will also make history. Let us make decisions, some bad but most good. Let’s try to be proud of what we have done and who we have grown to be. We can be role models to the future generations and maybe someday they will come out with the same courage that we now hold.
