obivious...?

The girl in front of you is dying slowly
not physically,but emotionally
an unnatural death-
sadly he isn't noticing.

But, she has a feeling that one day he will notice
Juat feels it,
She wants him to notice
She wants him to see his secret tricks swen on her
She will continue until he stops and stares...
Because she knows he will,
one day.

Everything seems controlled to her lately;
Food,
Water,
Walking,
Sunlight,
What has he done?
Or is it herself?

His dirty secrets and nervousness
are all pouring down on her,
shattering her heart
in pieces.

Day by day
he is letting her die faster
only he hasn't
sensed that, yet.

But why her?
The girl who has sacrificed everything for him,
The girl who has blindly loved him,
Always forgiving and forgetting
all his mistakes.

Is this ever going to stop?
Is violence the only answer?
Is hurting someone a good feeling?
Is it just to have some relief for an amount of time?

She lies there, all by herself,
Wishing she could figure it out.
That night, he finds out about
what has happened to his loved one.

He wishes to start all over the next day,
To feel better,
To get help for
his acts.

Too bad, she is already dead.

"And the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their Shepherd. He will guide them to springs of living water; and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." Revelation 7:17

Though this is a sad poem the very last line made me laugh because of the irony. it was a good ending. some of the poem was cliqued though.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Really deep and Sad. I can tell there is a lot of meaning in this poem. Nice Job! Could you check out my poem, Once a Survivor Forever a Fighter? Thanks!
