Favorite Quote:
I am me, not you, so don't tell me what to think.

Back when I
Was just a little kid.
Without a care in the world.
I used to write my words
Happily and with emotions.
Filling the letters up with my feelings.
So that the person that
Received them,
Could feel the joy that I felt.

But now that my
Heart is freezing over.
I don't care,
I just don't.
I write blank characters.
Without a meaning or purpose.
The same flow of ink
Curling and twisting on my paper,
Does not speak to me.
Nor will it, to you.
These words are hollow,
And empty.
Lacking the smile
That should be on my face.

The author's comments:
Over time, my imagination has faded. And so has my creativity. When I was little, and I would always write letters to my teachers, friends, and family. They used to, no matter how simple, bring a smile to their face. Now that their are filled with emptiness.
