The light glistens on the murky blue water.
Rays of sun stream on the edges of shark teeth.
Shadows reflect on to the sand.
The ocean water shines in the presence of the sun.

Dolphins burst with cheers as they hover over the water.
Sea shells bulk out of the sand.
The ocean sparkles as the sun gleams on the water.
“Will I ever come back here?” is my only thought at the moment.

Cameras flash as people try to capture the moment.
Sea gulls glide in the air with screams and whistles.
Squeals from dolphins bring joy to my ears.
The crashes of the waves tickle my toes.

A chilly sea breeze blows my hair.
The ocean smell tingles my nose.
The sun sets along the horizon.
My footprints are imprinted in the sand as I leave.

Tybee Island is my paradise and it awaits me until my next visit.
