Dawn of Love
Never love did I know till into my life she had come
As dawn to night, her beauty shone through what was once dim
Through her the ice over my heart melted away
Till then I believed myself lost, but found me she has again
Her heart be strong, and a big heart she have though at times she seem small
Fate I believe it was that I saw her through the fog of my own sadness
Through friendship turned love, both hearts doth sing of what joy our love bring
A man am I now for her, and all that had caused me agony before has washed away
The brilliance of her love overcomes my fear and woe, and now I am truly me once more
I see myself as no knight, but in her eyes I strive to be, anything for her I would do
Now gone is the shadow of dismay, brought forth has been happiness and love unending
So shall my life been evermore in light her love does bring, I lived through the night, and now she has shown me the day
