Watching You
Your strong arms lift the metal out of the way. I watch you focus as you work. I watch your confused looks, your smiles, I hear your laugh, and your every movement. Your crooked grin shines brighter than the sun itself. I enjoy sitting out by the lake as I admire your talents, dreams, and thoughts. I love watching the way you look at me, and seeing your eyes sparkle. The little things you do make my legs go weak. Such as the way you eat, walk, take my hand, and the way it feels when you tell me how lovely I am. You are amazing. I get chills and have to pinch myself to make sure I’m not in a dream, just by watching you.
