Days go by,

as lovers learn to die,

fading in side,

from lies and broken promises.



days go by,

as eagles in the sky

we learn to stalk our prey,

we wait, we create,

many different ways,

just waiting, praying,

hoping for the day.



days go by,

as we forget the sunrise,

and our hope slowly fades,

we sit inside and cry

for the life

that was never made.



Days go by,

as dreams come and go,

falling flies, eat our minds,

and erase what is shown,

we fight the nights

for tonight









brings silence,

Tomorrow brings the light,

as the wicked bring violence.



Days go by,

we live and we die,

from lies and broken promises.
