I Don't Hate You

The thing I hate the most
Is that
I don't hate you.
I wish I did.
I wish I could hate you.
It'd be so much easier to say
"She doesn't care
And that's ok."
But I don't hate you.
My heart says we're frieds.
My heart says
"No.
Try again.
Tell her one more time."
Don't ask me why.
I wish I could just walk away.
But I can't.
I don't hate you.
I wish I did.
Keep that in mind
When you push me around.
