Tasting the brisk air as it numbs the breath
Like a cold morning run.
Adrenaline rushing, hard to breathe
looking down only seeing white
Taking the last deep numbing breath
Pushing backwards, feeling like a rocket taking off
Moving so fast everything blurs
Turning side to side, waves of white
crash the trees
Racing adrenaline, till it almost hurts
Little white diamond shaped needles fall from the sky
Reaching the bottom, turning making a huge wave of white
as the crowd cheers, knowing the accomplishment.
