A Friend

A friend is somewhat like they suns rays,
They fall to you when they need help
They give you strength to move on and forget
They always know where you are
And are with you all the time
And when they’re not,
They are making someone else’s day brighter
You can’t live without them
Because you feel like you would die
They keep your friendship flourishing and alive
They make you smile and want to dance,
A friend is like the sun’s rays,
The good ones shine down on you,
But the bad ones are shining down on someone else.
