Running faster I pace myself,
Feeling the burn through out my body,
It feels so good,
I never want to stop,
I feel the freedom that no one one has to offer,
A freedom of mind,
A freedom of strength,
A freedom of control,
It's all up to me to keep things going,
My heart is pounding!
I start to sweat!
Just as I get to my goal,
a feeling in me is released.
I've done it!
And no one but me got me here.
What a reward it is to be free.

I dedicated this to my loving cross country coach who taught me so much about life. Never will forget, 100% is what he told my team to give to each other and for everything we do in life R.I.P coach and thank you.
