Dark, damp and dreary
Winter is the unknown
We hold hope for a glimpse of sun
For this is soon to come
But in this abyss we wait
Waiting for that day
When will the sun come?
Will we wait another day?
In this abyss we shall stay
Waiting for that day
But how do we go on
For it is too cold to go play in the fluff
So pear through the window
And look out in the cold abyss
In a daze looking at the winter hays
In this dark, damp and dreary abyss we wait
For today is just another day
