I am
I am the girl you wouldn’t let be
I am the girl who cried about a bully
I am the girl who always regretted school
I am the girl who was called a fool
I am the girl who ate lunch alone
It was as if the bully had a clone
I am the girl who always skipped class
I am the one who was pushed on the grass
Day and night I would cry
But would stop when people would pass by
But then I figured out there were more like me
Who bullies wouldn’t let be
I thought about fighting back
The next day I did…
Until everything turned black
I wanna let you know, that if this happens to you
No one would have a clue
So I will lend my hand
I won’t be mean
If you lend yours
My eyes will be keen
And no more tears will be shed or poured
