"First seek to understand, then to be understood."

Fear starts as a seed
It seeks a home in the five year old host
Slowly growing with into a flushed expression
Then a nervous look takes over there face.

As a teen it begins to fester
Opening old wounds
An uncomfortable shift takes place in the senses.

Grown up into a newly found adult
A new sense of perspective is gained
They learn that they have zero control.

Year after year of wisdom they push it
Thinking, hoping, and praying
“You will overcome it”
At last they do.
The end of the journey of fear
The last form.
