Fair is a word for small children and democrats

I lay here atop my bed,
The sun pears through my blinds
As it awakes me from my slumber
I find myself rudely awaken from a dream
A dream that was just for you
We had ventured the country side and began to relax
As we sat together on the blanket
Holding hands as we grew close
Our eyes connected and I was succumbed with a flourish of emotions
As I sit there I ponder
Should I kiss her?
Should I caress her in my arms?
Should I run away with her in my car?
Madly falling for one girl I lay awake atop my bed
Day dreaming of you
The sooner I have you the less passionate it will be
Patients is a virtue
Can I wait for her?
Longing for the touch of her lips upon mine
I find myself hugging my pillow
Praying that time may only pass by faster

This last summer I was working and there was one day where I could not stop thinking about this one girl I had a lot of feeling for at the time and so I wrote this small piece of poetry
