Fear.
Fear - a waiting suspense - silently rose from its deep dark slumber and consumes your body and mind. Slowly starting with a nibble, then tearing parts of your mind away making you feel paralyzed. From head to toe, fear.
Turning your stomach this way and that, tying it in knots. You're feeling sick but there's no turning back, you're too far from the start. What's worse? Going forward filled with anxiety, or running back? Knowing that you'll be haunted with a feeling of weakness for ever? Fear.
