Running wild
Grabbing blindly
Hurling objects through the air

Mulching through papers like there's no tomorrow
Nature's greatest machine of annihilation
Displays its unstoppable power

Growling fiercely,
My endeavor has led me to face this
Diabolical creation,
Using everything I can muster
To oust it in an ultimate clash

The clock strikes noon with 12
Ear shattering DONGS!
The beast and I are eye level,
Hands on our holsters,
Preparing to draw
Moments before my hands clasp the trigger,
The creature scampers away

Although we're unable to harness this monstrous power,
We are able to change his diaper

I love my baby brother

The author's comments:
My 15 month old baby brother has changed my life, so I decided to write about him.
