Yellow petals so soft like the skin of a newly born baby
Bright enthusiastic color like the sun
Drops of dew upon the petals
reflecting the sunlight into my eyes
your favorite bright yellow flower
love and disappointment
heartache and memories
As we watch these sweet touches of sunshine vanish
we remanence of your sunshine floating away
forever in our hearts
slowly the sight of sweet yellow daisy's fade away
It's time to say good-bye
tears may slip down our cheeks
emptiness may fill our hearts
But through it all we may find strength in each other
