Let the venom seer my skin.
Let it completely entertain me.
Let my eyes glaze over.
Crawl around me as if
you don’t heed.
Eight legs of doom,
Eight rounds of horror.
Terrify me only the way,
they do in movies.
Let it take me away.
Widow away at me.
Kaleidoscope eyes
stare me down.
Configure my fate.
Like it arrest my functions.
Shut me down.
Until there’s no hope.
