Good-bye
Your smile and soul is too much to be described,
my love for you is in my heart ,it is inscribed
I think about you from day light to sun down
You’re the reason why I never have a frown
however my heart doesn’t not beat for you anymore,
like birds in the winter, I must move south and soar
I thought you were the finger that would fit this ring
I understand what I might be saying can sting
don’t get me wrong your kisses and hugs were nice
But the odds of our love was gambled like dice
I was young, and only loved the idea of love
I’m sorry but your personality didn’t fit well like a glove
slowly I will be removed from your heart and forgotten,
like petals that fall off slowly and soon become rotten
So to end this poem sweetly
I have two words to tell you neatly
Good-bye.
