The thing about trust is
It's so hard to give
It can take
Days
Months
Weeks
Even years

The thing about trust is
Once you trust someone with something
You can't take it back

The thing is
It's so easy to lose
One mistake
Is all it takes
One mistake takes trust away

The thing about trust is
Once you lose it
You can't get it back
If you do,
It can never be the same

The thing is...
I trusted you
Maybe I shouldn't have
