I Like This Thought

Nowhere I go
is safe.
Whether it be a school desk
or my room in the dark.
I try not to think about it.
But that always fails.
Why?
Well the answer is simple:
I like this thought.
I don't want it to go away.
It's something I didn't think would happen
or...
at least happen this fast.
Yes, it can be distracting.
But I wouldn't have it any other way,
