There has never been hope
And if you disagree
It's always been lost

You seek it like a doomed soccer team
Score 10-0
The Condemneds' favor
The cries of a thousand fallen soldiers to back you up

Death could never be happier
The humans were writhingaround on the floor like brain damaged snakes
Ripe for the picking
He was overjoyed to see his brother Misfortune again
They had so many wrongs to catch up on

Thanks, now I steal a quotation from another one of TI's writers: "My role in society, or any artist's or poet's role, is to try and express what we all feel. Not to tell people how to feel. Not as a preacher, not as a leader, but as a reflection of us all."
